Winter Is Back
From what we seen from way over here in wet Devon, it seems that the mild conditions that equaled and even surpassed those in the UK are over, replaced by the cold and snow standard for this time of year. Please be careful on the roads as transitions are always the riskiest time for slips and falls.
Winter Stations
A reminder that according to their website, this year’s Winter Stations are officially ready for viewing as of February 19. Please post pics or send me so I can include in next week’s blog post.
Weekly Walks
Saturday will be cold so bundle up. Same time same place, and a hot coffee to follow.
As it’s Family Day weekend, please let others know if you want to schedule a walk on Monday morning.
This was our gym this week past.

I will be at Tim’s 2 Monday morning at 9:30 am. I hope to see you there.

Yes, winter has come. But at least we’re not in Nova Scotia or Newfoundland. I plan to walk on Saturday from Loblaws.
