Sending advance good wishes to Arlene this coming Wednesday. Her day is flanked by two national celebrations (🇨🇦 on Monday and 🇺🇸 on Thursday). Maybe she should get a flag too?
Also, apologies to Cheryl who had a birthday on Thursday July 4. Missed that one when originally writing this post.
Island Walk
After rigorous polling, it looks like we’ve settled on Thursday July 4. We hope to catch the 6pm ferry to Hanlan’s Point and walk to Ward’s Island, from whence we will return. For those hoping for post walk refreshments and snacks, perhaps Irene’s near the foot of Jarvis? Please sign in to let me know as we may need to reserve.

Monday “Canada Day” looks to be nice weather. Instead of Tim’s 2 let’s walk from Lou-Ann’s house with a coffee in the pool. Walk time is 9:30. I will have coffee/tea/juice and cookies.
