Happy New Year!

Will you be joining us for the first Saturday walk of 2026? Too much holiday treats might be a good reason, or just to be with a friendly group and exercise. The usual rendezvous spot, please!

Races

While fewer of us do these now, occasionally a favourite comes along that proves tempting. Such is the Annual Robbie Burns Roadrace in Burlington. Details from their site below, and a link here for registration if you are disposed to attend.

The Robbie Burns Road Race is just around the corner. Join us for our 4k or 8k run Sunday January 18th.  As a past Robbie B alumni you are receiving a special race discount code available to you until Jan 4th.  You can save twice, beat our  registration price increase on Jan 4th and use your discount code as an alumni  (your promo code is ALUMNI) that carries a 15% discount.  Spots are limited!

  6. I plan on walking Saturday (she said nervously, looking at the sidewalks). I don’t mind cold so much as I mind icy spots. But I’ll give it a try. Jan
