Race Anyone?

A very popular event this year is Move Your Paws for the Polar Bear Cause at the Toronto Zoo!
On Saturday, February 21, a number of our group will join the cause and move their paws to help some of Canada’s most vulnerable arctic species.
While this 12th edition is already sold out, consider it for next year if you want to help the Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy to continue to provide habitat enhancements and life enrichment opportunities for the residents of the Toronto Zoo’s Tundra Trek, including their beloved polar bears and Arctic wolves.
There will be 5K and 1K distance options open to runners, walkers and wheelers of all ages and abilities. Bundle up and bring the whole family for a day of outdoor fun, fitness and fundraising! This event sells out quickly so apply asap.

Winter Stations Are Ready

Weekly Walks
With rain on Friday, and temperatures hovering just near the freezing mark, selecting a safe walking path this week will be important. We can assess and decide at L@8. See you there!
See you at 8.

If I make it to my car without slipping, I’ll be at Loblaws tomorrow.

i won’t be out on Saturday, going to see my grandkids.
But I am asking a favour- I met a woman, Diane, at the Lisbon airport. She lives in the area and I told her about the group, so if she turns up please make her welcome! I realized after that I would miss the next 3 Saturdays
